Does work experience gained while waiting for PGWP count for CEC? As soon as graduated I got the letter of completion and applied for PGWP , my study permit was still valid at the time of application. I had to wait about 2 months to receive the hard copy of PGWP. Any help is highly appreciated

I am a bit confused; isn't Express Entry an overall score based system? can't we apply as long as we collect the required score?

As of now I have less than 1 year of canadian work experience, can I apply for EE? as me and my spouse studied in Canada, have good IELTS results, we get sufficient EE score.. Is it possible to apply for EE and create a profile without work experience?
