    6 band cn also get you visa after degree but 6.5 band is normal requirement as far as i know...

    which website can you share ? normally some college have requirement of 6 bands but embassy usually requires 6.5 so to be on safe side i suggest to increase your ielts score

    percentage is good n i dnt think the usa thing will effect your file but the problem is ur ielts band after degree the requirement for spp category is 6.5
