The general trend for BG is NA->IP1->NA->IP2. Applicants are getting PPR after their status is IP2. Once stamping and printing of COPR(Confirmation of Permanent Residence) is done, then the BG status will show as Completed. Hope it helps.

It means your R10, Criminality validations are done and your file promoted for "Eligibility assessment". Once CIC agent completes eligibility assessment, he/ she will promote your file for final decision. For my case it took 10 days from NA-IP and on the same day I got my PPR mail. Hopefully...

I think, agent might not updated your status regularly. The best way to find out is by ordering the GCMS notes. That will help you to understand more insight of your application.
