The logic behind POF is that the applicant can have sufficient money to survive in Canada. Also the question asked is how much would you bring into Canada. Hence I guess they will use the latest exchange rate, the date they do the check.

By the way @Vvek, they will ask you to upload the degree certificate, transcript, and ECA report. For me, all these docs clearly say my degree is full time. I hope none of yours say your degree is not full time.

A search on the forums shows that you're fine to claim for both the full-time study and full-time work provided that neither of them is in Canada. I'm in the same situation and am claiming for both.
