Hey @BillHyatt .. I have a question.. I am a OINP PNP candidate and I have ITA and I have done "spouse not accompanying" and my score is 359 + 600 from PNP.. Now I am planning to add my spouse and raised a query at CIC and they told me that any change in circumstances that don't affect my score...

My friend called them and they told they are opening July 3 applications.

Did you receive ITA or near to deadline? if this is the case please be after FBI as many people have reported the lost PCC or PCC not reaching them.

thanks dear. I submitted on 15 August and as read from others it takes more time to reach India so i am thinking to get it on my friends address in USA.

you can use your driver lisence but it is not convertible, you need to get a new lisence in Canada.

No.. if you go back to india the nyou need a new india pcc. if your trips to usa accumulate to 6 or more months then you need us pcc. I think you are good here.

I read it some where we can ask for extension from web form and if we don't get extension then submit the application with letter of explanation and the FBI mail and Credit Card receipt and courier receipt(if you have any of this). But this is not 100 % guarantee that they will accept you LOE...
