I received email from Colombo Visa office about PPR and 2 recent photos.But, Not a letter. but my ecas says that " We have send you a Letter on....." on my Decision made status.I am Still waiting for a letter.

Email NDVO (case specific), requesting to provide arrangment of passport stamp at UAE visa office as you and your spouse cant send passport to India. I email them yesterday to provide stamping at ottawa my visa office was NDVO then transferred to colombo.

Bro..I'm Provincial Nominee applicant. My filed transfer from NDVO to CVO and i received medical at 117th day since tranfer to colombo and exactly 6month since transfer to NDVO. Don't woory better results will come yo ur way soon.

Not to be worried about it!!! As Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol or diabetic dose not make any effect on your application. even i had the same situation... if they updates in your ecas that mean your cleared it.
