So today after having my file at CPC-Ottawa for quite sometime, i got to know that it has been transferred to New Delhi Visa Office. Anyboday any idea why would this would have happened? I was under the impression that the file would have been finalized at CPC-OTTAWA itself.

y You documents are still in review. It will change to no doc required once the review is complete. and it takes a while to change.
