Hi Ashu, You can't be serious!!! Thats so bad! What was the reason behind incompleteness? Regardin fees return: as far as their disclaimer says, if they start processing your application at all then fee would not be refunded. Did it ever went into processing?

Hi Ruby31, For the bank statements: you should have collected bank solvency certificate from each bank along with statements. However, at this point whats done is done. But next time if they request more info or in extreeme if they reject make sure to apply for review with both documents...
