You are right, but I feel, due to the absence of FST/PNP draws, the cut off may linger between 468-465. Just pray that ONIP doesn’t jump in at the wrong time.

She is on the edge I feel. With biweekly draws in November, and a possible B2B in December may bring the cut off down to 465. Nevertheless, she should not loose hope as January should bring respite to her. Good Luck
