In any case you can't skip the chest x-ray for your pregnant wife: The chest x-ray is just postponed. The immigration will accept your application and your file will be on hold till they receive the missing x-ray. The doctor will give you a paper generated by the system that she used (emedical)...

You can proceed with the x-ray for your wife when it's safe for the bb, when mentioning to the accredited doctor that your wife is pregnant she will ask you if you wanna proceed with the chest...

Hi, I'm in the same case, and the best scenario is to proceed with the chest X-ray for your wife after delivering. The doctor will mention that your wife is pregnant (the doctor told me that they are used to deal with that kind of situations). Good luck!
