    Neither you need any permission nor you will have to change your study permit. You will just have to update your institution's DLI number to the IRCC. If you have an account, you can do it from there.

    No..as far as I know...you don't need transit visa...bcz u r an international student coming to Canada itself...transit visa is required only when someone has stopover in Canada and has a connecting flight to another country from there...

    It's easy. Just call your college and explain your problem. They will tell you whether you can change your course or not. I think the only way is to get a refund. You will not get a full refund. Most probably they will cut 2000$ ...you should ask ur clg...email them...after getting refund...pay...
