I am a December 5th Outland SINP applicant still expecting my AOR

It was a mistake as I was meant to say 28th November not December. It appears some Province are faster.

I haven't seen any Applicant of 28th November announced Receipt AOR. Which Province nominated you as some province appears faster than others(emphasizes mine)
