10 business days. When did you raise?

I was asked 50 days prior to my medical expiry.

Call them buddy or raise a CSE, even I’m frustrated with them since they are not returning my passport after approval.

It would be nice of you to explain the entire procedure here itself. Some might not be interested in calling you.

Could you please elaborate further? How do they check it and what exactly they want to find out?

NDVO, I submitted mine on the same date got approved on 29th and awaiting my passport dispatch.

Congrats buddy! My application was approved on 29th but no update after that. Seems they forgot to dispatch my passport. :( Raised a CSE yesterday to find out the cause for this delay. Awaiting a response.

Bro, IP2 at NDVO means your file is 100% approved. Its just your bad that you haven’t received PPR yet. Please call them on ‭+1 (613) 944-4000‬ to find out the exact cause of this delay.
