I got accepted without gmat or any other tests I only had my final transcript and ielts score Some universities require those test and some dont

might be due to low grades

I think dalhousie and concordia are a safe university to apply to and they are ok universities

When applying to carleton there is no option for non- thesis

a supervisor upfront will greatly help you with your admission and some universities will not accept you without one or you can apply for applied computer science where you do not need a supervisor
