I asked them this question and the lady said no you have to call or submit a web query. It’s kinda stupid they should just send an automated email once the package is sent. It’s GoC office so not surprised ‍♂️

Update: called to see if they have a tracking since cc was charged last week. Agent said they haven’t even started processing it and cc charge doesn’t mean they are working. However she was able to verify they are going to work on it soon and and to call back around July 20th week to get the...

PR card will be here before October and worse case scenario PRTD works too. Citizenship wise can’t really comment. I’m a June 2019 applicant got my cert in June 2021 (2yrs) thanks to the pandemic

I sent mine on the 16th of June received on the 17th and CC charged July 2nd. Still waiting for an update for tracking (sent a web query on July 5) Might hear something next week if I’m lucky I guess.

My cc was charged few days ago and no one was contacted. Also my buddy got his pp last week without contacting the guarantor or references. Won’t hurt calling them tho and I’ve heard they’re are nice. You can also do a web inquiry

I sent mine on the 16th of June received on the 17th and CC charged July 2nd. Also got fully vaxed yesterday with Moderna (1st dose Pfizer) feels like a million dollars. Can’t wait to travel again this summer :)

I did the virtual signature option and they even attach a word doc on how to do it ! It’s super easy. You basically type your name on the PDF and send it off after the ceremony. Don’t need any fancy device just do it on your computer. Already got my certificate no issues. Don’t stress about it...

Sorry, you should leave a post it note saying “if it doesn’t fit don’t force it” lol or ask them to take it back to the post office
