Congrats abeke, I think to be on d safe side u should send pay slip highlighting the deductible, any form of tax clearance be it form or certicate as the case may be. Even a print out of you account from the tax site. Don't leave nothing to chance. It's better u provide them with all than with less.

Well done kollins . maybe a column for other docs requested. A friend who got her MR on the 2 sept 2013. (Though not a member of this forum) was asked to send the form that shows your residence since d age of 18yrs.(can't remember the form code). So as it is there might be other request from Accra.
