Congrats! Whats your country of residence? And how were you able to figure out that your criminality is In progress? You called your VO?

Nice. Did you call ircc for this info? Also, did you find out your VO?

Called yesterday and was told my file had been moved to my local VO but i doubt that had anything to do with the GUs. That was probably a system glitch.

My aor is just a day before yours so i guess my crim and security hasn’t started yet too. You’re in IP1 yeah?

Is Ottawa office famous for being slow? But your criminality has been passed yeah? Also, don’t worry about the biometrics, i don’t think it will affect anything. Most likely SC will give you a call again to sort it out.

Fsw, aor - 20th august, BIL - 11 Sept I initially assumed criminality is always done first but i guess thats not always the case.

Called ircc last week and was told my eligibility was passed, but criminality and security yet to be started.

Oh, i actually assumed the final eligibility review is done at the local VO. your application seems to be moving fast for it to already be transferred to the local VO. Are you still in IP1?

what does that mean? so he couldn’t tell you if your criminality/security was started atleast?

Your BG will change don’t worry about it. Mine finally changed 2 weeks after BIL, received a GU, called ircc and was informed my eligibility was passed. i believe you will eventually receive a GU soon, and even if you don’t your application is still being processed regardless.
