    That section of notes are in the last 2-3 pages. Check for the places in the notes where EE Eligibility is clearly stated. There is a possibility that a Case Analyst has not yet reviewed your file, but I doubt this. You could private chat me so we could review this together!

    Sure! I got a ghost update, April 10, and another March 5, - Ordered my GCMS note in March and discovered Background checks were concluded about then. Am sure we are all just waiting for the Ministers instruction for the issuance of PPR letters

    Yes Sure! Valid means your application has been finalized for the issuance of PPR. Usually this is the case, though sometimes awaiting a final review before the letter is transmitted. But in any case you are good to go. Congratulations in advance:)
