if thats the case neither cse nor calling the cic is gonna help. ss takes time and you have tk wait it out just like me and countless others on this forum.

if you are outland ircc is not gonna renew your med anyway. you have to reappear for it. renewals happen mostly for inlanders

His ip2 started on Aug 9 and ppr on Aug 12. There is close to zero chance of ss in such a timeline

I think uou should wait for directions. BUT, keep replying to this email every second day until you actually get these directions.
