I applied 20 months ago. It is a BC PNP in-land paper based PR application, NOC 2173. The only reason why I could not apply via EE at that time was my IELTS score. I got 6.0, but required minimum for me was 6.5. I thought I would get my PR in 1.5 years, but I still have not got it and it seems...

Did you get BOWP then? I am thinking about applying in July if I am still not a PR.

Read above: AOR of Aug 2018's applicant has already got his CoPR. My co-worker is AOR of March 2018 and still waiting (22 months). In the 2017's thread there is an applicant who has been waiting for 30 months.

12-30 months and event longer. Nobody cares about your job offer.

If so, then it looks like an endless loop. While they check one thing, another gets stale.

One of my co-workers had got PR in 12 months. Another co-worker has been waiting for 22 months. I have been waiting for 20 months. The processing time is highly varied. I read the thread of 2017's applicants, there are a lot of applicants who have been still waiting.

My coworker (he is of March '18) has not got yet. I am of May '18 have not got PPR too :( We are both BC inland applicants. He is single, I have 3 dependents. To sum up, he has been waiting for 22 months, I have been waiting for 20 months.

It was not mentioned: "have forwarded it to the responsible office". Also: "They will contact you if further information is required or if a decision is made on your application".
