She wasn't asked to do any treatment but just to have a quarterly check for the whole 1 year and that you need to comply and show the doctor about the medical surveillance form.

Thanks Vats for additional info. There's no harm in trying anyways :) so my husband will talk to the Dr. in IOM again before paying the sputum test. This Friday is his schedule to pay the fee.
