Yup and 11 weeks is excellent( happy for you janessama). There are people waiting with complete applications from Jan2020 with complete applications. In summary, very unpredictable.

Yes that is the case with people from countries that only need an eTA to travel to Canada. A Passport request doesn't happen. The electronic authorization is linked to the passport.

Hey Matt173, Thanks for the detailed update. Question- Entering on an ESTA and then driving to Canada- will that fulfill the ESTA condition ( max 90 day stay in North America)? Will that later cause a problem if you try re-entering USA on ESTA?

Can PA apply GCMS notes even if there is a representative who has put in application? I have the UCI and application number.
