People, do we pay for biometrics if we have valid one for 10 years? I did biometrics in 2018 and is valid till 2028. Really need help here....

I am done with OINP. I am now applying for PR and that's why am asking

So since i gave biometrics in 2017 for study permit, I dont need to give for PNP PR application.
