Yes wandering soul, DD encashment is for sure a positive sign and generally happens after they are satisfied with ur medical reports.. RPRF is the landing fee and is returned back in case there is anything negative about your case.

My DD was encashed on 7th feb, two days after the medical received line was added.. I just hope we all get visas soon !!

Once your file is received by the visa office, they send you AOR ( acknowledgement of receipt) and that generally happens from 20 days to upto 2 months after the PER depending upon the number of applications for that particular VO as the file transfer is done in batches ..

Yes mohammad , it means that your have made it to the cap and it also means you score more or equal to 67 points.. PER itself means positive eligibility review and that is done only if you r in the cap :) so enjoy this success for now :)
