You can ask to delay the event , but to make it early- I strongly doubt that they would break the roll to bring someone ahead because of personal reasons. You can try it though. They are with July applicant now. August should be sometime in May 2018.

Does anyone know how long a background check is valid? While having the interview in January my CO informed me that they got my BG clearance sometime in November 2017. Now with DM and after almost 4 months with BG clearance I am scared thinking if my BG has expired or not.
