One observation. Our applications got approved exactly on 98th day (14th week) after submission. And I saw other profiles which got approval after exactly same timeline although IRCC is claiming present timeline as 13 weeks.

An update..just received three PPRs!!

I also check everyday. No update. The tool may work on weekends. But the final decision i.e. PPR should come from a visa officer. Now if the visa officers are also working on weekends and still such is the pace of visa processing then GOD only knows why they are taking so much of time!

Any idea about their visa category?

Yes they do not send any email for intermediate steps. Our eligibility review started on 8Feb without any email notification. No update since then..
