i was able to link it for my husband but for me i failed may be because i don't have last name.

have you tried to link your PR card application. i tried and it worked for my spouse i can see application is submitted for PR card without sending us COPR.

@Tandis1332 can you see your COPR number, issue date and expiry date in GC key portal??

YES, i emailed them two times but no response. even though i am not waiting from long time for COPR as i submitted my details in portal on 25 August But my CIC account says application approved on Aug 31 so am worried that may be they forget to send me COPR or someting else.
