That is exactly the same boat as us.

    >>>>>>ALL STAGES PASSED>>>>WAITING COPR>>>>>>TRACK HERE

Hey all RROC victims, I got another response from the RROC office today saying I still need patience. The response itself is not valuable. But I now realize that they will only do something if they are pushed by the outside. I have sent several emails to RROC email address but never received a...

I mean the tracker seems to only update at a daily frequency, if you have anything to be updated. Also, I never got an update for webforms, even the one that RROC actually replied. I only have updates in tracker for the phone calls I made. They will update a "We receive your inquiry" around 1-2...

I agree that for us the next update would be in GCkey showing final decision date in progress. Then we should receive an update in tracker with COPR number and RFV email, typically on the next biz day. Also, the tracker update seems to happen once per day at 11am EST.

    >>>>>>ALL STAGES PASSED>>>>WAITING COPR>>>>>>TRACK HERE

That is already a good sign. All my emails go dark.

I also see this RC 8695 on my file. But I think this is the RROC office code instead of an officer code.

    >>>>>>ALL STAGES PASSED>>>>WAITING COPR>>>>>>TRACK HERE

That is interesting. I didn't even receive any automated reply. Guess they received too many emails recently so they initiate this automated response.

I did send it two times in the past two weeks but no response.

Looks like you are all complete on 13. Typically you should receive the final decision in progress update in GCkey today and the COPR/RFV the next biz day. You can wait till Monday to see if everything goes through. Even it doesn't, there is still high probability you are at the Ottawa CPC which...

    >>>>>>ALL STAGES PASSED>>>>WAITING COPR>>>>>>TRACK HERE

That is the update we are waiting for. You should receive the RFV email today (14th), according to past history.

Inspried by the news link posted above, I posted on Tweeter condemning the behavior of RROC. Please hit like if possible.

I guess GCMS notes give the code of the officer? Maybe we could also see whether we all have the same "idle" officer in RROC.

Ottawa also delayed some people's COPR and PPR, though some got immediate COPR and PPR after all was complete. But they typically finalize within 1 month, not like RROC. So I believe you can rest assured and wait. RROC is more uncertain since they seem just halting all processing, and no one...

Thanks! Hopefully, if there are multiple complaints, it can push them to start working.

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

Hi, Would you mind also sending me the link so I can file a complaint as well? Thanks so much!

All completed - No PPR yet

As I mentioned in an earlier thread, it didn't work. I have sent to all email addresses I found on the forum, but no one replied. The only one that results in a response is mistakenly sending the webform to Sydney, Australia. They forwarded the email to RROC and RROC replied me. But it just said...

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

I just know that my SVO is New York which is pretty uncommon. I haven't seen anyone else who has New York as SVO. So I also sent a webform to them. Hopefully I can receive something on Monday.

Then you could rest assure. The CPC Ottawa typically send RFV in 3-4 weeks if not immediately.

COPR Details in Application Status Tracker

I don't think it will hurt your case. Neither do I think it will help since the current wait is the whole RROC office-wide issue. However, they may feel pressured to start reviewing if they receive too many emails, though, it is not very likely.

All completed - No PPR yet

It shouldn't be normal but it is. There are several of us on the thread who are in the same situation. Are your case in CPC Ottawa or the RROC like us?
