How can I issue a USD Bank draft in my name from BD?

Bangladesh Bank allows us to take only 5000 USD from Bangladesh. How then are we supposed to take settlement funds to Canada? :-\

VFS Tracking changed to "Your Decision has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 05/12/2014 to the Canada Visa Application Centre DHAKA. You will get SMS & Email when your Decision will receive at Canada Visa application centre where it was submitted." Fingers crossed :)
