How did you link your account before getting AOR? I still cannot see my application on my account

The GC key sign in is still not working for everyone? I have not received AOR and I applied on July 9th French IG. I cannot check or link my account if they GC key is not working :(

Hi, Anyone knows anyone who applied to this temporary policy with a study permit? I have a degree from canada but I am currently doing my PhD and therefore has a study permit that allows me to work for 20 hours a week. Does anyone know if I am eligible for this program? Thanks in advance
