Hello I was in a similar situation I just kept calling IRCC and emailing the email address that sent me the portal credentials and finally yesterday I got my eCoPR all you can do is keep emailing and calling and hope they will send it to you soon you can also reach out to your MP for help.

Recently its been taking a while for them to send out the eCOPR I waited almost 2 months for mine. You can travel but coming back might be hard you may have issues getting back to Canada.

I just received my eCoPR today. Submitted address, photo on Oct 14,2022

I got an email that eCoPR is ready to download on the PR portal

Yes I got through to an agent today its been a struggle to get through to an agent been calling almost daily and today I finally got through to an agent. I've been emailing the IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

Haha I know that feeling I've also been emailing and calling the Calgary VO but all they say is due to current processing capacity there will be significant delays.

Woow Montreal VO is gracious enough to send out an email to all that is nice of them atleast

Just read from another thread 2 people received their eCOPR today from Calgary VO. Fingers crossed for everyone waiting to receive their eCOPR soon.

Woow this is very encouraging thats the first eCOPR from Calgary I've seen for a few months hoping the rest of us get ours soon. But this is encouraging.
