The point is there is a clause which says you should be eligible for express entry at the time you apply for EE PNP. It's month including weekends. I did some research and figured out that some people got it after 4 months however most people got it within 1 month. All depends on who is reviewing it. Since early 2016 maximum I have seen is 6 months.
