Its only few cases left, everyone is going to get visa before summer. You have to plan for your landing its more important than visa itself. Most immigrants ask for welfare or labor job.(even labor job not easy to find) I am not saying that there are no jobs, I mean no big companies to hire...

Instead of looking for casual job don't stay in Montreal. Don't apply for medical insurance card, because you'll not be able to cancel it before completing 6 months. Once you get PR move to Toronto or Alberta, competition is hard there.
