No QUEBEC has it's own system of applying for CSQ. You need not to have EE profile for EOI. EOI is different from EE and will remain the same. Just wait till 2nd August. Few days left. Moreover there's no pool or FCFS system. All can create profile on EOI.

No you can't. That's just you can create a profile but can't submit. So that doesn't make any sense. Mon Project is no longer valid and will not receive any more application under the system.

Timeline for what? If you asking for processing!!! Then as of now what I know is, after the draw if you are lucky enough to get in then you'll have 90 days to apply for CSO then within 12 months you'll receive CSQ. Successfull CSQ holder then apply to federal section for PR.

PhD students will go nowhere and Canada won't want you to go either. So first reach there start your course and apply for PR in peace.

The Area of Training has several parts. Part A has the highest points, then Part B, Then C and so on. It is basically a list of subjects.

Well if you have the cut-off point and upon successful draw MIDI may invite you to apply for CSQ.

If your degree is written as Master of Information Technology then you are going to get full 12 points for masters degree. And for area of training, you have to check with your present job responsibilities as well.

ECA is not mandatory for Quebec. If your degree is listed on Part B, you'll get the point. Also make sure you work on the same field as you degree.
