    September 2020 - Citizenship Applicants

Called ircc today at 8.05am local time, and the lines are already too busy that they didn't even transfer me to an agent. What a joke. I will keep ordering gcms notes going forward more frequently, since this lack of transparency is really getting on my nerves, and I recommend everyone do the...

Am I the only one who didn't get a CT request yet? lol

Why order cbsa notes if you are already test ready? Most of us are not even test ready, and we are not as worried. If your need is urgent, you can always try your luck in requesting urgent processing if you have a good enough reason.

(Unpopular Opinion Alert) Everyone is "excited" about the new site that shows prohibitions etc... yet what people don't understand is, the backlog is not moving at a very decent speed. It really is just a pr stunt to calm people down lol. Let's wait until December to see if we get our test...

    September 2020 - Citizenship Applicants

Just got my gcms notes... Criminality passed, but security clearance is blank. Is it concerning? On page 1 (summary), it is blank. Also, on the specific section for security clearance, they removed the section from the notes. Am I a non-routine application now? The status was "registry" when I...

You can't do fp on your own. You need the letter requesting it to be able to do it.

No request so far. I thought that they would send applications to the local office after the background checks completed. Do they just send them sometimes to the local office even before the checks begin?

I just received my gcms notes... nothing is started, not even security or background checks... how is it possible that my ecas shows that I am IP?

In process means it is literally in process to be transferred to the local office and that itself could take a while

I don't think in process etc means anything anymore. They process random, applications from March 2019 are currently finalized etc. So we are in this for another 18 months most likely. Also add the processing of 27k PR applications in one draw... it could easily take another 6 months

I got my 2nd AOR on ecas... like 2nd and 3rd lines are AOR with 2 different dates and 4th line is IP... what is going on? :(

    September 2020 - Citizenship Applicants

Despite getting my IP on ecas on feb 15, I just got my aor email dated today... what gives??? Why is this happening? :(

    September 2020 - Citizenship Applicants

I had 2 lines (2nd line being IP) when i shared my update here. But, now i have 3 lines. So basically they inserted the AOR line between app received and ip. So basically: App received -> IP -> AOR Also, even though my gcms notes said AOR was Dec 21, my official AOR date is Dec 22. Someone...
