    Not necessarily. There have been times where an office would wait until they could gather the min required people before they could schedule a ceremony. So if some people are willing to travel to another location it won't really be a bad thing IMO.

    Correct! I know it’s confusing because they make it sound they sent you a regular mail on ECAS, but the attached doc u got in the email is all u need.

    The email invite is a you need to print and take to the test as a notice to appear. They are kinda moving away from regular mail these days unless its something like correspondence.

    The book is definitely wrong on this particular question. The book was printed after the addition of 30 electoral districts but failed to update it.

    My local office specifically told us before the exam that they are trying move away from regular mail when it comes to test/oath invites. And also, the officer at the interview said the same thing and made sure i re-confirmed my email address for oath invite. Hope that helps
