I have the same issue but i have maintained place of birth as such in passport and not as in birth certificate. usually in birth certificate it will be the hospital name. I have submitted both passport copy and birth certificate. Am in PPR waiting stage, so no worries send both but qoute one.

i did it. pay in a second. take print out of recepit, fill it with details, send along with other docs.

Download all new forms, refill and send. get latest bank certificate and salary stubs etc.,

Same mistake even my friend did and his package too returned with same description. Never ever forget to keep a copy of your degree certificate along with ECA original report while sending the package. We guys cannot bare the pain of rejection for a very silly mistake

Re: RPRF fee payment instructions please Even if you fill it, it will not reflect in the receipt. after payment an empty receipt with card holder name and receipt number ill come. take a print out and fill manually and sent to CIC

No this is not working cox the receipt no is alphanumeric whereas identification number accepts only numeric!!!
