In my offer letter the uni mentioned that the longest time i can tale to complete my course in uni is up to 2018. So i put that date on my application. I hope they will approve that. Sorry for my late reply.

but some online certificates are course based and it might take 6months to finish or more than that. But it doesn't have any in canada portion. Then even if i apply for the study permit they cant issue me any permit. So, what is the best course in action in this case? thanks

Hey man ekto net e gete dekho. Canadian unis does not require to make the payment prior to visa and for the embassy there is no need to make any payment regarding tuition fees. Go to their official website and find the information.

Either pay cash at the uni or Open a student file at bd and wire transfer the money tocanada.
