May I ask on which month of 2020 did you apply for hnc renewal and what supportive documents did you include?

Thanks for the advise. Do you have any estimate of how long does usually humanitarian pr renewal take? I recieved an email regarding that my application has sent to local office for counting the residency dates, and it has been 1.5 months since the email. But no more updates.

If it would be better to apply with PRTD, was that better to wait so my card gets expired and then I would come with PRTD and get it renewed?

I applied for renewal and wrote a cover letter explaining details and I also attached the documents. Do you know how many days it usually takes? Mine has been in process since May and I have sent a webform but they have answered that they sent my application to the local office.

I did not come with PRTD, I came with my pr card which was valid for 2-3 months.

i sent a relative’s death certificate and requested for urgent renewL. My pr renewal was humanitarian with supportive documents.

I sent a webform and I this the email I have revieved from them. We verified vour file and noticed that it was referred to the local office for further assessment, causing a delay in the processing of your application. Does anyone know what does sending an application to local office mean?

I recieved an email right after submitting the webform saying that my webform is submitted, from now it takes 3-4 weeks for them to let me know the results?
