    In the 'Attention to' field, I filled "Ontario Provincial Nominee Program". You can mention any date in the month of May as the completion date. Even I completed my graduation in the may and the date which I mentioned is 31st of May.

    Before. You have to ask WES to send a duplicate copy of your report to Ontario PNP. They will charge you around $50 for this.
