Has anyone got London as their visa office? Called the IRCC earlier today for some information but they couldn't access my file as it's with London... They promised to give me their contact details, but it just takes me to their website and I can't get through on any of those numbers.

If anyone sent a webform with extra data... I sent one on the 8th of Jan and just got a confirmation email yesterday (9th of Feb) that they've now attached it to the application.

Try with Skype is you register a Canadian number perhaps. I called them the other day (not through Skype) but they haven't even touched my file yet, nor have they attached documents I uploaded via the webform a month ago. My AOR is 8th of Dec if that's any help.

That doesn't mean they can't be/aren't in Canada. Or that they don't have ways to call from within Canada.

The rest of your application isn't on hold, it will process in parallel. I think biometrics only has an impact on security - but I may be wrong.
