No iooo.. Fsw2014 will run till Dec 31, 2014. Applications received by Dec 31st will be treated by cic as a 2014 fswp. But from Jan 2015 EOI will kick off. I read this somewhere on cic website before, except it has changed

The cic mailing address to use depends on whether you're using courier or regular mail and not on your current location or where u intend to stay in canada

Congrats on your progress. You have scaled the 2nd hurdle. Accra should contact you for your MR; and maybe PCC in another 8-12months if everything is cool with your application! All the best.

You can choose any city for now. It is a Federal program, so you can decide to stay anywhere in Canada when you get your PR. But still research the various cities so that you can find which will suit your career pursuits and family when you get ready to move.
