you should get your fee back if you withdraw your application before it shows "IN PROCESS"..call cic and confirm whst stage u r in now.

It could be true to an extend in their (cic) perspective.but it is really hard for the pnp pr applicants and lmia people who have closed work permit..we r bound to an employer and job situations which we never like at all.can not change ur place,job,life standards..nothing..even though you could...

can we submit medical and rprf upfront before request??i already have my medical now. one of the cic agents told me about that before..but I am not sure where to send now..CIO or CIC???

Congratsss...you can start checking ur application status online with (Client Application Status) within a few days..it may take 2-3 days to get it activated. go to this link and login https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas

No..you have to wait till ep..then only the ecas gets activated and ur information will be entered in their system..

As far as I know,open work permit doesnot need employer offer and compliance fee,if the nomination is not employer specific..but there is an extra fee of $100 (ie. 155+100 )..but cic says that your current status validity should be expiring in four months..i know some people got their permits...

U can apply for one year open work permit with EP if your provincial nomination letter does not have the name of any employer on it. If it is employer specific, you are eligible for 2 years closed work permit. This is what cic said, on our recent inquiry after a few rejections in different cases.

from this description, you r not on implied status.you hold a valid permit until july 31.There wont be any specific problem to re-enter canada before july 31.once that date is passed and you didnot get a decision on your pgwp application, then you will be on implied status.in that case, if you...

Mine is april 13 at CIO..No response yet..I think they are still working on xep for mid of march files..

CIO received april 13.waiting for Aor and cc not charged yet.
