    The purpose of applying to extend your visitor visa is a back up just incase your pr application will return due to some error or lacking of documents. But its up to you if you are confident that your pr with owp will not return then dont extend your visitor visa. Good luck

    Visitor extension - inland

    I applied visitor record on April 2020 and approved by November for a month. Then i reapplied again for the 2nd time end of Nov. and until now i didnt hear from them.

    Hi. Im confused. Some say under implied status you can only apply pr but not owp. We have to wait our visitor record then apply owp. So which is which? Im happy to read this that under implied statis you can apply both pr+owp. Thanks in advance
