reduction score in terms of total Human Capital score?? If they reduce the benchmark for IELTS like reduce from CLB7 to CLB6. --because there are many,who are not able to score in reading.though they are well off in skills. and EE entry itself supporting to them who are already in Canada...

its a good score without Job Offer. and if you need good score than this mean you must have Job offer and LMIA. so you are in better place. comparatively with others whoa are less scored less than 300. Good Luck Maytoss

you should have applied under FSW regular process you would have got by this time..applying to PNP instead. when you have job offer in hand even it will not come under Cap also. better luck, Rgds' Maytoss.
