Can you please tell me my course is for 9months.SDS requriments say that 1 year tution fees payement is requried um i still eligible.

Im enrolled in post secondary technical private institute for music audio diploma 9 months course.I have only ssc certifacte which is Matric.Now i will apply for ielts need 6bands overall the all sds requriment but one thing i don't understand sds requriments says 1 year tution fee in advance...

I don't think so after completion all eligibilty requriments a person can get permit visa in 20 or 21 day.
