Hey ...i have been in excat same situation...eligible for CEC and got ITA for FSW and then got rejected after 5 months,...this was brutal.....i consulted many lawyer..paid tons of money and nothing...everyone said ..they will not reopen the file...and wanted to charge me for created another...

congratulations...and you dont need to send your canadian daughter's passport...just send her birth certificate as supporting document that she is Canadian ..they must have checked this in theri system about canadian child anyway when you added her later in application process

PMATHEW - You need all that and also the roles and responsibilities letter..so if you have not sent them yet..send it before they pick your file again .....coz i got rejected after 4 months of waiting.

yes..submitted only the experience letter, pay slips etc for foreign work experience..but forgot to submit the letter that say He/she was working for us during this period and was performing duties relating to the NOC code that i selected..

just sign it on a paper and send it to CIC..they will add it for you on this form :o click on the profile -upper left menu..and go to the profile information - add details to the signature
