If they seized your passport, your student visa is canceled with prejudice and there is a removal order issued against you, as the time you withdraw the refugee claim it activates right away, so make sure you have your passport or they have it with a cancelled stamp on your visa.

Hey fellas, Anyone got PR card in last months? I Got ecopr on mid september and its been 3 Month waiting for PR crad till today.

To what i remember you have 3 weeks deadline to send all supporting documents after you got the file review letter, seems like you sent after about 2 months, you could be out of the file review process cause of your late document submit and that caused delay in claim.

Exact situation happened with me, I've applied for for atip and after a week everything went fast to the end, i don't even get the atip yet but already got copr. I KNOW SEEMS CRAZY BUT APPLY FOR ATIP GUYS.
