It is Ghost Update. When an agent starts processing your application, they update it on their database which sometimes reflects on your account. For example, when they review your application and attach notes to it, your account will get a ghost update. You will not be able to see those notes...

I believe you wouldn’t need to translate your birth certificate because in India, we have bilingual birth certificates. That is in our regional languages as well as in English. Merely a speculation what do you think?

If they issued AOR and in case you missed it, you can still try to link in your application using UCI and Family name. If you’re able to link your application to the account, bingo! you will recipient AOR and ADR if applicable in your IRCC secure account. Hope this helps If they sent you an AOR...
