Might be fake. IRCC will send AOR to the large portion of the top first 1000 or so, why they only sent to some people at 10k mark

The point here for TR to PR pathway is you had to submit the complete application (all the required documents) in the top first 1000 applicants.

It depends on each individual. I've never left Canada since I came here to study, I don't think it takes too long for them to check that
